[QUOTE=magirus;19224252]I'd like to preface my contribution with a picture to show where my subject was sitting, and explain why the shot couldn't be taken now. Under the leftmost tree in the first picture you can see two low walls with two pairs of pillars on them. My subject was sitting where the leftmost of the four pillars is now, the pillars were built, with metal railings between them, in the very early part of the covid lockdown here in the UK. I was lucky enough to get the original shot a while ago, and the shot of Durham Cathedral on the Palace Green without people, cars etc etc during my daily lockdown exercise walk. Both pretty much unrepeatable.

A nice, simple, effective view. And yes, good catch you didn't miss the opportunity.

I don't know anything. But I know other things.

Thank you. I did a little bit of toning in ACR to give it a subtle effect of viewing through rose tinted glasses.

I like the image a lot. Its funny how the main subject is all layered up like its cold outside, yet the lady immediately behind him is not layered up and the two older women behind her are.

I like the main subject. Would be interesting character shot.

Thank you. What you can't see in the first shot is that there's a wide tarmac area between the trees and the grass @ 25m deep and this would usually have 2 rows of cars parked on it. The absence of the cars and people is what makes this shot unusual to a local person, I'll never see it again I'm sure.
