Then it needs a bunch of Vespa's parked out in front of it

Thank you! At first I thought it might be the memorial at Runnymede, where the Magna Carta was signed. Sort of similar.

I have finally got Luminar AI to work on my Dell laptop (+large monitor) This is my first attempt with this editor; still feeling my way around but I like its clean interface. Exported the result to Photoshop for perspective correction and a bit of dehaze. The ACR dehaze seems to be more effective than the Luminar slider.

As always, made with GIMP (external link), lots of layers to re-construct the dome, then a lot of fun :-P, please check the layers below.

Now that's my kind of concept. Dome being launched into space. Love it!

Thanks a lot Mark, I very much appreciate.
I should add that your picture was very inspiring, when I saw the dome and the column/pillar, I told myself "this is a launching pad!" :-P:lol:

Congrats to Mark (and Don) - nice treatment. Thanks to Martin for the originals to work on.

Where is everyone? This is a gorgeous image to work on.

Here's my 2nd try. Change the time of day and replace sky with Luminar AI!

I was wondering the same thing Martin. Shadows to raise, highlights to lower, Keystoning to be corrected lots to do. Very nice sunset/sunrise version here's my straight version.

Thor from there https://media.istockphoto.com …bvneemvoQ7qJwVgSNzKEugHA= (external link)
Yes I deleted the previous post, without Thor it was not really finished and it was just a background change ;)
So, my last delirium tremens (sorry this photo is so inspiring, thank you Mark)
I added Thor super charging (a lightning energy ball without Thor... -> something feels wrong :-D:-D)
OK, I'll stop after this one :-P:-P

i can't agree more.
BTW, nice job on the straightened columns.
IMHO, the AI of Luminar needs more training, but it's nice to see what can AI do nowadays, it's very promising.

I used ShiftN (external link) (free but Windows only) for correcting converging verticals. No fiddlinmg or estimating by eye, it's a one-click automatic job and works v well 90% of the time. However, it does become confused if you present it with a normal lighthouse!

Well, I guess we're about done here. Thanks to both participants this week. I liked all the edits about equally well, but I'm going to award Reservoir Dog the top prize this week for his sci-fi inspired creativity. Congrats and take it away Patrice!
