Well done, Mike! I especially like that one wing just about touching the water, which to me adds a very pleasant aspect to a bif.

Thank you very much, Steve! Your compliment is truly appreciated. You added a note about the one wing touching the water which I really agree with you on.

I screwed up by posting this shot under Bird Portraits instead of Birds in Flight.:oops: Old age definitely comes with it's problems.

Lovely shot, Richard! You got him in such a nice setting.

Great capture, Richard! He stands out so nicely!

Wow...what an eye grabber, Bill! You surely did a beautiful job with this shot!

Ditto for this shot, Bill!

This is an exceptionally beautiful shot, fotol! With it's sharpness and great color, you made this wood duck image appear so lifelike!

These certainly are striking looking warblers, Steve. Nice captures, especially the first shot!

Two very nice captures, A1original! This one is my favorite.

These are wonderful images, Mark! The first shot is crying out to be framed and hung on the wall!

Thank you very much, Mike, I really appreciate it.

A couple views of Blackburnians, one of the more striking warblers with their fiery orange throat, yellow/orange face with the black triangular patch near the eye.

From the archives and not a bird photog at the time. We lived on rural acreage from 1994-2011 and mating owls circled our home every year in May and June to feed the young they had nearby. Could walk on the porch and see them often.
