This is such an interesting shot, for a number of reasons. ......Sort of a commentary on modern life.

^^ Interesting comment Kirk, really got me thinking. And ya know, seconds before they may actually been together for a group photo and the image is captured at a different time and tells a different story. Art is artifice.

I picked up Topaz Denoise AI. Impressive work (!) on this image from the aquarium.
Oh, have I mentioned that XF80 Macro is fabulous? I've gone full-tilt backwards from 2 yrs on the X100T to now enjoying the X-T3 and 4 lens.

Took the 8-16 out for a spin in Dublin today, took a couple of shots of the skyline of Grand Canal Dock, that tall building is the tallest building allowed in Dublin at 24 stories.

It is a phenomenal bit of glass that’s for sure. Just the default sharpening that C1 applied.

That 80mm for food photography looks good

Two more with the XF8-16 from today.

I'd say you took the photo at a point where it can almost look good, but I'd say the gold shroud is rather garish :p

I like the balance of the second photo.

Fool's gold. Question: How do you enslave an entire civilization? Answer: Fiat currencies.
This is a prime example of mockery. ;-)a

Scene from yesterday evening. We had high winds but I still felt the need to get out and photograph something.
