Is anyone using the camera with Tamron G2 lenses and or Sigma Sport lenses? Any issues? Do you get 100% AF frame coverage?

Tamron 24-70 G2, works great. Won't detect meta data for the lens so certain features aren't available such as lens correction

I have the Sigma 150-600mm Sports and it works great with the R5 + adapter. Fast AF and tracking.

Not sure if it covers the whole frame but it is tracking all around the frame when following a bird in flight so I guess it does.
