Judging by the number of comments at Alltrails, it's a pretty popular hike.

I don't cope well with long flights, can't sleep etc, but Tasmania and Adelaide seem like great places to visit. I don't know why Adelaide - just what I've read, and not so city city as some other places?? Rose whilst Tassie is gorgeous place to be I did like Adelaide, more so its surrounding environs and then there's the back blocks.

Did you follow Melanie Langs posts on 4/3rds forum of her outback exploits? Either places you won't be disappointed. Some don't like the harsh, dry of the inland Australia though. Not sure if you mean only Adelaide as a city and not the rural parts? When I went to WA I hated the desert! I did find it interesting, but have to say I am very much into greener places, maybe why Tasmania attracts me, like NZ. I also love Wales, way back in 1974!
