It's a first Gen Ruger 22-45. They came out with a second version ... threaded barrels, replaceable grips, etc. shortly AFTER I bought it. LOL. I put a Tactical Solutions match upper on it. The AAC Prodigy suppressor does not affect POI/POA in any way. It is an accurate, and fun little plinker.

Nice rifles, but I really like the ammo. Love to try that in one of my precision rifles. Great photo, as usual from Dsully.

Nothing to brag about as far as photography skills go, but wanted to share anyway. A member of my wife's family showed this old gun he'd found in a barn many years ago. Colt Single Action Army, birthday in 1901. .45 Colt, 4.5 inch barrel. Everything was locked up when he showed it to me, he let me take it home. I broke it down, polished all the internals, and now everything works. I sure hope he wants to shoot it 'cause I've got a bunch of black powder .45 Colt cowboy action rounds.

I've never figured out the secret to photographing guns, I always have hot spots, and never sure how to pose them.

Here a newer one, in the oak box it came in. 150th Commemorative. Never fired...yet.

Don’t have to aim, just touch the target with that long barrel and blast away! :)
