I was looking at old pictures that I had flagged but never processed and fount this from 2013. The polarizer was probably on for this shot.

We just returned from a long (5 weeks) trip to Glacier, Yellowstone and Grand Teton NPs. I will be posting some images as I get them processed. However, here is one from Glacier. It is known as Running Eagle Falls or in the Indian vocabulary, Pitamakan. I hope you enjoy it. Thank you for looking!

Edit: Re-edited the original image to add some texture and color to the rock. It looked kind of washed out to me. I also re-checked white balance, trimmed some trees, cut back a few bushes and added an ever so slight color reflection to the water. All trying to get it ready for PPA IPC by the middle of next month.

Edit 2: Changed out the sky and added a light reflection of it into the water. The sky was too bright from the sunrise and looked like it didn't belong. This one is more subdued and doesn't draw your attention away from the subject. Also, added the metadata that did not transfer over. This was a 20 second shot with a 10 stop ND filter at or near sunrise (across the other stream that comes in from the right), at the base of the overlook platform. I got soaked coming back. The bridge apparently washed out several years ago and has never been rebuilt. By the way, that water is COLD.
