Sorry, but I wanted to add one more update on my condition.

I"M HOME!!! :-D:-D

Now to scrub a couple of lbs of dead skin off and wash my hair several times.

I hope I'll be able to contribute in a more photogenic way soon.

Thanks to everyone for you support.

Glad you're back home and here.

Great idea but Sorry surly a nice old branch fixed to the pole would enhance the shots more than steel .

I like the idea a lot, but I agree that maybe the steel would be a good base, with anchor points for old sticks/branches. It takes a lot of the natural feel out of it for it to be steel tube. Great first visitor too, you gave it a nice high vantage point to hunt from!

I bet, I can't imagine being in for that long. My wife was only in for 5 days and she was ready to bust out of there if they wanted her to or not! Glad you are home, it has to be nice to be back in your own surroundings.

Now just a little Walt Disney treatment to the metal base. You can find fake maple and oak bark as well as https://www.wish.com …SxoCwLgQAvD_BwE&share=web (external link) and let your creative juices flow.. U-tube could be your friend for this project

From a recent visit to Parc Omega. It was crowded and rainy, and the animals were rather shy. Which was a shame, 'cause the light was nevertheless excellent. The caribou/wapitis etc were still quite happy to go fishing for carrots.
