The result you can achieve will depend a good deal on the quality of the image you start with. You might find some useful guidance in tutorials by the late Gry Garness, who was a master at beauty retouching.
Whatever technique you use will require a lot of practice to get results similar to the samples you posted. I'll suggest a couple of techniques you might play with. Here is very quick illustration (Photoshop CS6); with a larger image and more time, you can surely come closer to your target images. I selected the face, so that is the only skin I altered here.
1. A selective color adjustment layer to shift overall skin tones toward your target. I worked solely in the reds. You have to experiment. A screen shot below shows what I did.
2. A hue/saturation adjustment layer in multiply mode, with saturation dialed back to 50%. I used this for the blush on the cheek, plus the molding along the jaw line (camera left side). Black mask, then gently paint the effect back in where it's needed.
Also note in the target (far right) image that highlights were added on the cheek just below the eye, and also above the eyebrow. I didn't do that here, but refinements like that are essential to get the result you're after.
