Basic Camera RAW adjustments for whites, blacks etc. Couple of radial filters. TK7 action panel to make a selection of the flower heads then hue saturation to change the colour. Sharpen high pass.

Well, guys and gals, it's finally crunch time :-)

Clearly this contest has been in a log-jam due to my poor image choice at the outset. But, like others who have PMed me, many of us are short of good stuff to post. Finally an RAW image from the Signal site saved the day. I have found 4 royalty-free websites for RAWs and I suggest we use them when OPs are struggling. If we don't, I fear that this thread will fizzle out. Here are the RAW download sites that I have found, please bookmark them for future use.

EDIT It appears that these sites use RAW as meaning not cooked!

Many thanks to itsallart (Renata), NigelD , Bianchi, Mozes, Peano, & rrblint (Mark) for these uploads. I liked Peano's 2 entrys best, the night shot is brilliant! . Second plave goes to born again Renatus whot had good colour in the flowers. Sadly the B&W entries killed this essential feature.

As Peano has self-disqualified, I am handing the torch to itsallart (Renarta):-)

Over to you Renata!

Not sure who you're handing over to Martin. If you're handing the torch to rrblint - that's Mark but you said over to you Renata who is itsallart?

Thanks for the heads-up, Nigel. Obviously I was in a daze.

I have now made things clear and it is over to Renata

OK, folks. Game on!

Here is an image from my long trip to Australia 2 years ago. It's a replica of the famous HM Bark Endeavour. Here is more about this gorgeous vessel https://en.wikipedia.org …HM_Bark_Endeavour_Replica (external link)

https://drive.google.com …tEhl5L32/view?usp=sharing (external link)

Have fun!

I posted a jpg that is dull but with the RAW file you can make this vessel sing!

Here is my take on this. As usual, all edits were in DXO PhotoLab 4 Elite. In addition to other edits I adjusted the perspective.
