Pretty far out and up in the canopy, and some in the group were having difficulty even getting it in binoculars. So I was surprised I got anything at all. There are only a handful of nesting pairs in the US, and this will be more than adequate for showing to friends on my phone. Ken

Eastcoast Goldmember ![]() More info | Great shot of the arch! Nice to see the sun star. Did you mind the climb over the rocks? I wasn't too confident climbing over them, even with the guide cables. LOL! John

Sep 07, 2021 18:59 | #4963 yeah so... on the right side of the first cable, there's steps into the rock, it's pretty easy once you find them. The next cable has the ladder so it's pretty easy. Going down either one is fine but you probably want to put your camera in your bag before you go down it. I'm six one so stepping down was fine, even had the R5 out (living dangerously! haha) Eastcoast wrote in post #19280907 ![]() Great shot of the arch! Nice to see the sun star.
