Q: For those who have the M50 Mark II - does Auto Image Rotate in Camera?

I have just picked up a M50 II and find that any portrait images are not auto rotated when reviewing them in camera. On the M3 all images are Auto Rotated depending on which way the display is orientated.
Looking in the Menu there is a manual option to rotate an image on a per image basis. The M3 has an Auto Rate option within the Playback section (3)

Images imported into say LR are correctly oriented.

So this looks to be a missing feature from the M50

Thoughts?

No sadly idk why Canon removed it. Had it on my M3 and M5 so was pretty confused why it wasn’t on the M50 II or my R6 either.

Thanks, that helps as was also thinking the gyro was faulty .. other than that it is a good step up from the M3 - focusing speed ^_^

No problem and yeah I was Googling to see if I missed something when I first got it! For sure, I noticed a big difference when I swapped form the M5 too!
