That looks like quite a chasm on the left, deep and steep.

Both pictures are absolutely gorgeous!!

In the first picture I love the clear blue sky showing thru the limbs of the tree!!

In the second picture I love the crisp clear reflection of the trees in the smooth clear lake water!!

When I was a kid watching TV westerns I saw many scenes similar to these watching cowboy shows!!

Back then they did not show any of the paved roads!! LOL LOL LOL

had a snow storm pass through last night. Didn't coat this mountain as I expected (hoped) plus it was snow scuds and not clear weather but I enjoyed it nevertheless
