My main reference was to the removal of the war memorials.
Take a look at all the statue destruction that is happening here in the U.S.

Sorry, I must’ve missed your point, TC.
That is worrying, TC. It must not be allowed to happen.

A kilometre marker on the 'Voie de la 2e Division Blindée'. This is a series of commemorative bollards marking the route taken by the French 2nd Armoured Division during the liberation of France in 1944. This on is at our town of La Haye du Puits in Normandy.

That must have been very emotional for those French people involved in that episode.

Northfleet. Kent. UK.

A community work around Meopham, Northfleet and Gravesend.
First time I've seen this around here for remembrance day but it has become a very popular practice at Christmas for the last couple of years.

Rochester Cathedral War Memorial. Kent. UK.
Recently adorned with poppy wreaths on Armistice Sunday.
A dull rainy day for the annual Rochester Dickensian Festival.

Nice photograph. It reminds me when I was at Chippenham college in 1973. A good friend of mine lived in one of those old houses. Watch out for flying monks.

He may not have flown very well and he broke both legs, but our Elmer was one of the very first aviators. Good beer too
