Well, the wife and daughter got their new Disneyland Dream Magic Key annual passes. They've already gone back to the House of Mouse. And with the help of our former cast member daughter, I now have a park hopper ticket and reservation for early December. Eager to experience the Magic again and photos will follow. In the mean time, this will have to do.

I've been waiting almost 2 years for a Disney annual pass. I am now a Sorcerer! Tomorrow is the day.

The wife and I had an eventful couple of days this week. While walking 16 miles, we journeyed down the rivers of the world, partied with some drunken pirates, we’re captured by and then escaped the First Order, dined in a bayou, soared above it all and spent the night in a grand craftsman lodge. The Key to staying young at heart is to have fun.

^ Wonderful captures... Still haven't pulled the trigger on continuing our annual passes... But these photos do make me sway closer to renewal... hehehehe... thx Larry!!!

Inside and outside of the Millenian Falcon... This was the last ride of the night, so they let me shoot inside the cockpit for a moment... Of course the outside shot was taken after midnight with no guests around the 'Falcon... Disney staffers let me setup my tripod and take several photos... Not once did they ask me to hurry up and leave (which was nice of them)...

Thanks, Butch. My wife and daughter have had annual passes for years, but I never went often enough to even consider it. We decided to go up to the parks and stay overnight so I could shoot late and not have to drive back to El Cajon after a long day. I bought a two day park hopper pass for the trip. The Disneyland app offered to upgrade to a Key (annual pass) and credit the value of the tickets. Being retired, the Imagine SoCal Key made sense for me and it was only an additional $109, less than a single park ticket any time of the year. Duh! I wouldn't consider going on a weekend, or in the middle of summer, anyway as it's always too crowded for my tastes.

Hope to see some new shots from you when you decide to go again. BTW, the top two pass levels are not being sold at this time, so your choices are more limited, for now.

It's been far too long and this thread is really getting me excited about our upcoming trip! Can't wait to be HOME this summer! Hopefully nothing majorly changes with COVID, it'll be nice to enjoy a "normal" Disney trip.

airbutchie, AMAZING SHOTS! (As usual!) Haven't been since Smuggler's Run & Rise opened, but you have done an amazing job capturing the atmosphere! It's crazy seeing the park so empty.

Spent yesterday at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure with the family. I forgot how late the sun goes down during this time of year. Had to quit shooting early to make the two hour drive home. Note To Self: Disney Night Shots Are Best In The Winter

Yeah, with the earlier closing at the Orlando parks last year, there were no opportunities for night shots in the summer. Thankfully, they seem to be extending hours for this summer, so hopefully I can get some night shots when we go in June.

Still debating on lenses to take since just getting back into the game. Have 6D and 50STM... Debating on 24-70, 24-105 or 17-40.

Ended up picking up a Tamron 15-30/2.8 today for around the going price of a used 17-40, so I jumped on that.... hoping 15-30 isn't gonna be too wide.

Spent a week chasing the grand kids around Disney World.
