Really like the mix of sharpness and a slight hint of glow in these shots.

I've made some updates to my website.

Added some new images to New Releases
Added new images to my Monochrome page
Reworked the Prints page (need to add a few more room mockups with my prints)
Reworked my bio (still need a good photo of me, add my photography approach, and need to add my gear list)

https://alfredomora.net (external link)

Thank you for taking a look.

I had a chance to go through your site Alfredo, looks really nice! I especially like the monochrome collection it's my favourite of them all I can see those selling well.

Big thank you Jose! Yeah I want to shoot more monochrome this upcoming year. Maybe hit the great sand dunes and white sands.

Thank you!!:-) The 35mm/1.4 is a small and cheap manual lens but it has some character.

Some simple photos

Thank you Vinz! How have you been?

Stuck with Real Estate stuff. I finally reached 6 digits for 2021 so I can't complain. Hoping for more. GAS won't go away. :)

Elated when I saw an eagle soaring high above. It had been perched on a tree way out and then finally took off. One day I am going to photograph it hunting for fish but I need a longer lens.

Travis, I can't thank you enough for reviewing my site. Thank you for pointing out that navigation issue. I'm going to look into it and see what's going on. What browser were you using? Desktop or mobile? I just tried from desktop and navigation seemed fine. I hit the back button and it takes me back to the collection as expected.

I started to draft my blog to incorporate into the site. Hopefully I can publish it before the new year.

I thought I would make a short video showing what I was seeing, since it may not be explained well in words. I wonder if anyone else has this happen, or is it just me...the lucky one. Gave me an excuse to screen capture something and use my new mic again...I talk so little in my videos, I don't get to use it much!

Thanks Travis for recording this strange issue. I will try using Chrome and Edge. I primarily use Firefox because it is a color corrected browser.

I should switch to Firefox. Chrome is such a resource hog.

I have been using Firefox again for a while now. I like it much better. It isn't as unstable as it seemed to be in the past.

Nice! I love the bald eagles. My wife and I were riding our bikes last week while RV camping and I was carrying the a9/100-400 on a sling because I was not sure I could carry the 200-600. Of course, this happened when I had the shorter lens on. Didn't even have the converter on.

Thanks Bill. Yep, it never fails when you encounter a cool scene and don't have the lens you really need.

I was able to repeat the issue with Firefox and Chrome. It seems to happen when you hit the back button on the browser. The image just seems to float there on the screen. If you hit escape instead, it does take you back to the collection. Let me look at some settings and figure out why.
