I love the first shot.
The second shot I just wish that middle tree was all by itself. But you did great with what you had to work with! And you're not alone with the lack of motivation to get out.

I loved the subtle light, gentle tonal transitions and hazy layers of mountains in the distance. ![]() ![]() ![]() Facebook

Jan 07, 2022 08:05 | #9563 I've loved every minute of my 5DIV since moving to from the 7DII. My favourite pairing is with the EF 85mm f1.4 IS, which produced these two recent shots. Jan 07, 2022 11:14 | #9565 Thanks, very kind. Well the 5DIV gets a huge thumbs up from me, for most uses. Low or extremely high/harsh light and fast action and it does struggle to acquire focus which clearly affects keeper rate, requiring multiple attempts of the same shot. However, that's why Canon also offer the 1DXIII/R3, so can't and certainly won't complain.

Love the Vizsla -- I do a great deal of photographs with my 5DIV and my German Shorthaired Pointers - in particular like that second shot!
