It's pretty rare for a Snowy to visit the DC region and even more unexpected that it would set up shop atop DC's Union Station, from which it hunts neighborhood pigeons and rats. Tough conditions for photography as it hunts at night requiring jacked up ISOs and slow shutter speeds; this was shot with ambient light (not much of it) using a tripod.
