Now that photo is just wonderful.
Although I am agnostic, I do love the atmosphere and architecture inside cathedrals, churches and mosques.
The spectrum of light coming through the stained glass windows is very impressive

There's about 400 of the tomb stones for the top knobs of St John's knights and all different!

My ambition for a good while is to grow old disgracefully. So far my wife tells me that I am doing really well!

John that's interesting. I tried making sense of what that's all about but history isn't always easy reading!

This is one I prepared earlier. In fact some video I took when we walked out there with our village walking groupe. It was quite a long walk in to the middle of a deserted nowhere!

As you probably read they were about in the 4th century, so before even I was born? It's quite a big site and just open to wander around as you could see. Almost anywhere else now there would be fences and a cash collector on the gate! But it's France and not gone quite mad yet.

Thanks John
Interesting. All seem to have been plundered long ago.
Just boxes at ground level. Not much to cover them
