While we wait for Adobe to introduce an AI version of noise reduction (I'm hopeful but not holding my breath) the new masking features can sure be helpful for some light noise removal. Also it is still a RAW file which is a nice bonus. We have 3rd party NR options but if anyone wants to mess around within LrC it's a bit of fun. You can wipe out background noise completely but subject noise still suffers if you push it too far. That is where the 3rd party shines.

Before LR11 you had to create two files, one for the background NR and the other for subject NR. Then send them to PS, layer and paint. I got that process from this fellow.

With the new masking features select Masking and Select Subject.

Then Invert the selection and apply NR which will be to the background.

I removed all NR and sharpening from the file and opened layers.

I then applied NR to the background using the Layer process.

I closed layers and applied NR and sharpening for the subject.

The previous 3 files were screen shots at 200%. Here is the final cropped and exported file. While not Topaz, etc it's not too bad. I didn't put too much work into it because I wanted to show a rough example. This took seconds to do.
