Here is Zen Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh at a retreat in a monastery in rural New York 10 years ago. He passed away yesterday.

If that was taken ten years ago, he was 85. Damn, I hope I look that good when I’m 85.

For female forms, also try dropping the leading shoulder and raising the rear shoulder.
