What a terrific capture, Mark! I can almost hear him singing. I photographed some these guys too, this afternoon. I'll be posting one or two of them soon...assuming I got any decent shots.

Very nice shot of the Ibis, Joe! I believe the second shot is of a northern mockingbird.

Redhead drake on choppy water, photographed on Tuesday evening. . That was probably the last chance I'll have to photograph wintering waterfowl this year, as they will start making their way northward any day now.

With my old DSLR gear, I have a really tough time keeping the duck's eye in perfect focus when they are bobbing up and down so erratically on the rough water. . For every shot like this, there are dozens and dozens in which the duck's head and eye are a bit soft ... or a lot soft. . It will be a godsend when I finally upgrade to mirrorless gear, which should, hopefully, do the focusing for me so that I can concentrate more on keeping the subject positioned in the frame the way I want to.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
