Mar 16, 2022 20:32 | #3948 I seem to prefer the blue / red color scheme for starry nights. I bought a Luminar preset package a year ago and this is one of the presets, with adjustments. X100T XT3

Mar 17, 2022 16:38 | #3949 That's a fine idea for the foreground Martin. Masking the sky against the mountain looks to need a bit of cleanup, but that foreground technique seems to have worked very well. X100T XT3

RDWP Goldmember More info Post edited over 1 year ago by RDWP. | Mar 19, 2022 14:33 | #3955 There was a new version of Luminar NEO to download this week so I thought I'd give it a try with this image, and use bokeh capabilities and a few other sliders. Cloned out the table first in AI (no Clone yet in NEO) and straightened and cropped a bit. Then to NEO: passed image through Portrait Bokeh twice, then brought in an abstract sparkly layer, masked the subject, and changed the background layer to B&W, and let just a bit of the colour from the original layer bleed through. Some face lighting and a few other sliders; removed facial shine, and a bit of touch-up cloning back in Luminar 4. Hands (esp her left) are still awkward but didn't attempt. RDWP Goldmember More info Post edited over 1 year ago by RDWP. | Thanks. Trying some new things with Skylum/Luminar. At this point I find that L4, Ai and NEO all have a place, though hoping that Neo when fully implemented will do all. This page from their site updates their software situation: ... and, from the good old days, Canon F-1n, FTb, Mamiya 645 (m1000s), etc. -- Rob

rrblint Listen! .... do you smell something? More info | Mar 22, 2022 07:34 | #3960 I think I'll go ahead and call this one. Very nice edits all, but my favorite is GlimmerMan's double exposure of the Lady in Red with cfdesigns' version of Mt Rainier coming in second. Congrats and it's all yours GlimmerMan! Mark
