Between 1694-1696 the church was rebuilt in the Baroque style. In 1708 a square tower with a shingle roof was added. Although it is protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic, it is in a state of disrepair. In 2012, the church was used by Jakub Hadrava, a student at the Faculty of Design and Art of the University of Technology in Pilsen, for his bachelor's thesis. He installed 32 standing or sitting plaster sculptures in the church. Proceeds from the voluntary admission fee are used for the restoration of the church.
