3 shot PJ series from kids first communion shoot..which went its own kind of horrible for wife who wanted shots of these two in a state of grace :-)

Went for a cinematic look to the series. Color grading tools that were added in lightroom pretty recently are really handy

Love the colors! These are awesome!

Well, looks like I'm making the jump to FF mirrorless... Just ordered an α7RII from FM. Hopefully it will be a more pleasing experience than my old A6000 was. :D

Thank you! I've been enjoying your images on the forum.

My first ever great horned owl from this morning's hike. I was hiking with my wife and our two dogs when I spotted it in the trees. It flew off quickly so unfortunately no owl in flight images.

Welcome to the year 2015! :) That’s when I bought my a7R II. It’s a fine camera, but the autofocus is nothing like the newer models, so I hope the AF doesn’t betray your expectations. The a6000 doesn’t have stabilization, so that will be a real nice upgrade. Looking forward to your photos here.

Haha, when it comes to spending money on myself, I'm a cheap-wad... so I tend to stay quite a few years behind the curve. :D

I'm coming from a 6D (mk1)... So AF performance will def blow that away.

Managed to get out with my mates for sunrise again on Sunday. This time the sun did turn up for a whole 5 mins, but it was enough to get a shot I was really happy with.

This is epic! Just had a quick look at your Flickr, your bird pics are awesome, and really shows off some of the amazing forms they take when diving. Would love to have somewhere like that near me, and an A1 of course to photograph them! ;-)a
