This is an eye catching shot of the snowy egret, Bill! I like it's pose in front of the old dead snag in the water.

Very sharp, attractive, and colorful shot of the hen wigeon, fotoi!

Cool shot, Steve! I laughed the instant I first saw this photo. :-)

You truly captured this oriole's gorgeous colors in an outstanding manner, Steve! I really like this shot.

Many thanks, Mike.

Wow...fantastic capture of the grey heron, Sid! Love how you composed this shot.

A couple of pigeons. Testing out the 2x TC III with the EF 100-400 L II IS on the R5. Both shots at 719mm. Mild PP.

Edit: was told these are mourning doves.

Thanks, Mike! The oriole sits on guard in a short tree next to another tree with its nest. So it gives real good ops...in between chasing any crows that come into view!

A couple of pigeons. . . .
Edit: was told these are mourning doves.

They're doves, but mourning doves don't have those blue and white markings. Someone will know the correct name.

PRONOUN ADVISORY: OhLook is a she. | A FEW CORRECT SPELLINGS: lens, aperture, amateur, hobbyist, per se, raccoon, whoa, more so | Comments welcome
