Two adult Burrowing Owls were chasing a Colorado River Toad (AKA, Sonoran Desert Toad) until they spotted me. The toads are large, smooth, and green and secrete hallucinogens. They are dangerous to dogs and other predators.

Bald eagle

Reminds me of the old vampire movies. The cloak lifted up and the intense stare.

All four of these are outstanding flight shots of tree swallows, Brian! Terrific work!

Two very nice shots of the Caracara, Paul! Both images are quite sharp.

Oh mike I am so jealous..that was the shot I was looking for but it was raining
tight focus on that face really works

Thank you havelock. Not to worry...the rain will stop, and I'm 100% sure you'll get the shot.;-)a

What a killer shot, Rob! I'm assuming the flying insect ended up in a bad way.:-)
