Terrific images! Especially love the third and fourth. Look forward to more from you :-)

Another one of my converts rose , he bought something off me and in the ensuing chat I told him about Olympus . Six months later and he’s fully converted and doing better than me

Olympus might need to pay you commission :-)

I don't know about doing better than you - your birds are superb!

Just a Nik conversion of a little waterfall at Henley Lake. Just love being to handhold this kind of shot!

I agree with all but your last sentence Geoff. You were indeed a major part of the reason I changed from Canon to Olympus and you were kind enough to offer help. Doing better than you ... no no no! Your bird images are superb. Give me time though!!!! (Only joking I am not as committed as you)

Shag (cormorant) at Clive this afternoon. It seemed quite calm, as this was with the 12 - 100 f/4, so I was quite close, although this is cropped as well.

northern wheatear from couple of weeks ago, my aperture had reset to f11 when I took this ( probably knocked it while walking ) so hand held at 1/80th sec with the 100-400 shows how versatile these cameras are

TT artisans 35mm f/1.4 on Olympus M5 Mk2. Exif not coming up .... probably f/1.8, but might be f/5.6, but don't think so. Need to take a notebook when using manual lenses.

I've been lurking here for some time, admiring the work of you all, but unable to contribute due to serious health concerns. Some of that is easing enough that I can once again at least play at what I've enjoyed for almost 50 years.

I'd also like to ask the Olympus users here an equipment question. I chose the E-M10 mkII for its controls and tilt, rather than articulating, screen. Couldn't be happier with it, even with my large hands. The issue I'm having is with one particular lens: the 12-40 2.8 Pro. I bought Oly and Panasonic lenses, and of those 4 lenses only the 12-40 hunts and can be slow to acquire focus. Oddly, all 4 focused instantly on a Pany GX9 I tried, as did the other 3 on the E-M10ii. Anyone ever encountered this before? Or maybe I'm just looking at an incompatibility between this particular body and lens =\

Anyway, a few images from right out the front door and into the garden patch. Hope to contribute more as time goes by.
