I have been doing the same on my morning walks. Picked up a Lumix ZS80 as it's a pain to walk around with my 5DIV and 150-600 all the time. Gotta say, I'm impressed with the little camera. Not 5D quality but way better than a cell phone. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

The bottom is with the Lumix-80. Not totally happy with it but it fits in a pocket so i can carry it on all my walks. I am an avid walker and have missed so much because all I ever have is my phone. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Sad.. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

I was looking at it sometime ago but came to a conclusion that I should just get the first party lens. "Can't list equipment, wife checks here to see what I have bought lately" (calicokat)
