Thanks for the photo and the information.
I wish the guy with the kid on his lap (“dad”?) would have had his seatbelt on and would have kept his eyes on the road. (The photo on the phone shows him looking toward the “cameraman.”) Even at low speed, if the vehicle ahead had stopped abruptly, “dad” could have crushed the kid against the steering wheel.
Tim, your photo may have suggested the topic of a new thread — people having their picture taken doing stupid things!
This reminds me of a funny, but also sad, joke:
Famous last words of teenaged boys: “Hey, guys, watch this!”
