I can imagine that this picture can be called something like "too much of photoshop"... This is 2 shots - with sky-water (45sec) and ground-bird, then I clined up ground on PS.

Want to going in the way called minimalism or "fine art" (whatever what it mean). First steps... If you want give me some advices, I'll be thankful.

Scott that is mesmerising, stunning scenery.
Magnificent capture.
Wow. I could just sit and gaze at that landscape in wonder and awe.
Thanks for sharing

Well worth the 2 mile walk, bears and all. Don't like the sound of that

Gorgeous!!!

Thanks all for the very nice comments. We have been coming to GTNP since I was a teenager and my wife and I now come here every year. The early morning hike to Taggart Lake has been on my bucket list for sometime and finally was able to do it. I have a couple of more bucket list items for here, but am running out of things to photograph! We will have to branch out in a couple of years when we retire and start looking for opportunities in other national parks.

Such a unique shot. I love the Composition, B&W process and the feeling of loneliness.

"First Light"

Schwabacher Landing. Grand Teton NP.

Edit: Here is another image taken from about 200 yards northeast of the previous one. I can't decide if it needs cropping and if so, where. Thoughts?

Probably the most photographed cottage in the Scottish Highlands - on the road into Glencoe, such an epic place to visit
