Sadly, in today’s society, it is easier for “agricultural tourism providers” to get a law passed limiting their liability than it is to provide adequate safety measures. A fence to keep people away from the animals with a locked gate- yes. Concertina wire to keep people from climbing over the fence is probably too much.
