Barista- Make sure to buy flush tablets and descaling powder...I buy generic from Amazon, for the price of 250 flush tablets, good for 15 years :-) same price as branded tablets.

Last year I was getting a 3rd row seat suv, liked the Atlas, no stock, then checked out the Subaru same situation no stock....ended up renting for the duration of my daughter, sil and grandkids visit....my son is expecting a BMW electric delivery this month. Last year I borrowed too his BMW 5 series hybrid, before he replaced with a Range Rover he also had a X5, he has 5 cars.

I have not driven that much, still with my 7 yr old pony with 39,000 miles; I may get a car when the supply is ample,

My other son got his college daughter, my grandchild, a senior next school year at U of Texas , on premed course, a Forrester. (She will be the second MD granddaughter, the elder one, daughter of my eldest son, is now an MD and doing residency in MI, another grandson is their year premed in Case Western). My Texas son drives a MB, new mid engine Corvette, he races in Austin track and a small race car Mitshubishi EVO and a large double cab Truck. All my children love cars. A daughter has only Audi,4 of them plus a truck, got tired of MB. The other son drives a MB and Ford. In Manila the vehicles are Suvs- Toyota, Mitsubishi, and Hyundai, Van. A granddaughter from Manila is coming next month to start college in LA, and she will also need a car.

Enjoy the driving Omar, go to Canada pass by Lake George, even to Maine for good lobsters.

Cheers

Cheers,
Tony

All responsible gun owners should get trained on safety and how to handle the firearms. I have owned guns for 50 years now, in ROTC, I learned to handle and strip the Colt 1911 my first carry, Garand M1, Carbine M1, TSMG- Thomson sub machine gun and even the 30 cal machine gun, WW2 firearms. Now I strip AR15, AK47, PS90, Scorpion EZ, Tactical place shotguns Colt, H&K & S&W pistols.

I still have to break in with at least 200 round the Springfield Hellcat. 15 years ago I shifted from all metal 1911 to the Glock 27 in .40 cal subcompact small and easy to carry concealed, with 8 or 10 round, the Hellcat is at da smaller but can carry 11, 13 or 15 rounds of 9 mm. The S&W Bodyguard in .380 with 8 rds magazine will be the backup gun.

Cheers

thanks for the tip Tony. I've not looking into the cleaning part yet hehe. i did see there was a solution and tablets, you prefer the tablets?

the atlas is nice. there was a few atlus and tiguan when I went to go look at it. your family is very successor, very nice to hear :)

I like MB, they are very easy to drive. only have experience with the e-class. Which Audi does your daughter have? I'm sporting an old 2005 a4 cabriolet. very fun to drive :) but takes alot of gas. each week it's $85-$90 zzzzzz

ooh very cool. gas is like $7 in OC california, in LA it will be more. I'd probably look into a hybrid. going to UCLA?

after the car wash

Both. We have a very old "Arcade Crystal" hand crank with the glass jar on top. But i often get too lazy and just use the classic braun/cuisinart electric blade grinder.

lots of crema, what coffee beans did you use, hw many oz and infusion time? show in cup so I can see crema level, unless you dont use double wall glass cups. Initially use thermometer and timer for frothing, also practice on th making the sprout on the side at good level.

I got these from a local roaster. I've been using 18grams in and 38-40 out at 28 seconds.

sorry I didn't take a picture of the final shot and I have no more of the beans to show. the flavor wasnt anything special so I used them as trials.

turn out pretty good. no longer need to buy at a boba shop or thai restaurant hehe. they are easy because it's the same way to make either one, so if You can make one, you can make the other. you only need the different mixes.

didn't know what the arcade crystal was so had to look it up. it looks like an antique! I can see where the modern hand grinder came from. i got both hand grinder and machine, really glad i got the machine hehehe. I got the hand grinder thinking of portability, but now I'm thinking.. why? if I go somewhere I should stop by other coffee shops to try their coffee. itll only be good for camping or the likes.

Thanks Tony! Acadia National park is on the list to go to! Need to get a set of winter run flat wheels for the snow up here. That’s the next purchase.

The premium is about $90 USD for 17 gallons. We get 420 miles out of that. Since it’s basically a weekend / errands car that lasts us the whole month.
