Bok Tower?

Yes it is. My first visit there. We bailed out at noon because of the heat and humidity but I'll be back.

So I got a drone yesterday....

First, it is really cool. Talk about some new perspectives! I'm still figuring out what I'm doing, but here is a shot from the second flight I took it on.

You have some fantastic scenery to find John!! Good shot you have here.

I would fear losing a drone by crashing it in an area I would never get into to be able to get it back from. How was your first flight?

Thank you! I won’t say they are foolproof but they are fairly close to it. Fortunately they hover with no input so you can take your time getting a feel for the controls. The Hassy sensor/camera in this seems to do a good job based on limited use.

I DID discover that low altitude spells signal loss. Fortunately I have it set to return home at 200 ft if it loses signal so I got it back as soon as it gained altitude.

Overall, it’s a blast lol. Stay tuned to see if it stays that way!

It is a great shot, especially for the first flight. I crashed my mavic mini into a tree during the first flight two years ago. Forturnately I only needs to replace the propeller. It is sad that there are not many places that allow drone flight
