I think your bee is dead rather than sleeping. All the color is gone from its eyes, and there appears to be something under its torso that isn’t bee nor flower, but maybe a crab spider.

Jul 06, 2022 11:05 | #7117 On an outing yesterday I noticed these odd little stick bundles on leaves. I did some searching on the Web and believe they are a kind of bagworm which is a kind of moth.
