Great shot, Bill. I would never have known that was a juvenile painted bunting. No resemblance to the adult males.

Very nice shot, Rob. I wonder if that caterpillar looking thing actually tastes good to these guys. Hard to believe they do. For a high school initiation, many years ago, I had to eat a raw capitellar. The dang thing tasted absolutely awful. It was all I could do to keep it down. I wonder how the birds manage?
