I paid dearly though! was in the backcountry and I got absolutely PUMMLED for a solid 45+ minutes.... I keep extra clothes/shoes in the car for that reason as a full change was needed by the time I got back!! Camera stuff lived, the REI pack cover does it's job!!! First time it went from next to a few clouds dying off, to an all out insane lightning storm!! Got to see the areas I walked on under water on the way back ![]() That's the prize we have to pay for a capture, I got soacked also when I shoot the lightnings , only I didn't have a second change luckily it was a hot night.
