I see. Then the D in "thode" stands in for the absent S there, which went missing when it hopped over to the left end of the line. Thanks for, uh, clarifying.

Now you lot have tatolley totully yotaley. Oh sod it iI'm confusticated. I think that I woll start usung Seri and see if I can torque strate?

But I have to admit that the ghost gums wot I saw were NW of Melbourne Richard. Where my sis & b-in-law used to live.

Edit : - It's also obvious tha the 'd' in thode wan't a 'd' but an 's'. You lot just don't look at it write?-?

we do have Cider gums here John
You'd love them :-P
Eucalyptus gunnii
aptly named the cider gum for its sap, which has been reported to be used by the aborigines to make a much relished fermented drink
