Hey everybody. I've been swamped at work so sorry for the late post.
Awesome job by everyone. Your B&W entries were all beautiful. It was tough picking a winner.
I am going to give the win to Timphoto even though it goes against my politics. :p I really like the composition, and the subject matter works perfectly in B&W. Great Job!
Runner up goes to TerryPink because I love the feel with the tinting you gave it. I also love the textures and everything you captured in the photo. Works very well for Jazz. Very nice indeed!
2nd runner up goes to rwmson. That's infrared if I'm not mistaken. I really like the composition and detail. Very sharp all around. I may have to look into IR at some point.
Everyone else should give themselves a hand as well, as all of the photos were fantastic!

TimPhoto the next challenge is yours to kick off.

Jazz Week this weekend in San Jose. My fave would have been Lt Dave, the 2 girls in the museum. Loved the great depth of dark to light, and the 2 subjects' body pose.

BTW, I just got myself a newer, upgraded Fuji bridge camera, so from here on out I will shoot with it. I try to shoot on topic each week, instead of pulling from my old files. Thanx for enduring some of my iPhone pics.
