Took these in the Jenny Lake Campground at Grand Teton National Park. Any feedback on the edits is appreciated!

It didn't really happen for me last night - firstly the subject I had hoped to have in the foreground (a fishing boat) was not there and the sky was completely covered in clouds when I arrived. This was the only subject that I could find that avoided all the light pollution from towns and beach festivities.

I still like this. Great image. Not a subject I've tried myself yet.

I almost went to Stonehenge for the vertical MW composition but tbh I felt pretty tired and the clear skies didn't look guaranteed!

A couple of panoramas from Thursday night... both shot with the EOS R and Samyang 24mm f/1.4.

The first is a wide pano of the Milky Way core above Wivenhoe Dam (west of Brisbane):

And the second is a narrower view with the Southern Cross and Pointers reflected in the dam:

Thank you - I would love to try a milky way shot at Stonehenge - its a bit of a trek but would be worth it if I could pull it off
