Why 5,000?? How long did it take to take 5,000 pictures? The ZWO ASI174 is a monochrome high speed camera I run it using "Sharpcap" software at 128 FPS It is a single "AVI" of 5,000 frames. It took about 40 seconds to take the images. Then I use Autostakkert 3.0 to pull the 100 sharpest frames and stack them into a single TIF. I remembered something I have seen other people do in the past but I had never thought of doing this. I have a second older 2.0 extender made by Kenko.
