The 70200 and 2470 are both great lens for studio shoot

I would prefer them over prime lens for studio shooting (which rarely seen in most of your posts) due to less CA and more versatile in range

Thanks. I’ve been using the Nikon 105 f1.4 and Sigma 85 f1.4 most of the time. I grabbed the 70-200 as I was simply self zooming so much with a variety of positions and looks…. Was faster than my getting up and shifting around.

The 70-200 is darn near a prime lens at every focal length. A totally amazing hunk of glass.

Edit: oops this is the prime lens thread. Well it is the most prime like lens..! Sorry!

yeah I got a friend who own this lens and he's really happy about it... Very sharp at all focal length and nearly zero CA
