Nice capture! I have seen one a couple of times flying over Rte 95 around Cranston/Warwick. There's a cell tower around there and I've also seen one sitting on it.

I went to a seal rehabilitation centre where they take in injured animals, treat them, and release them when possible. They have a high success rate and this one photographed at the underwater viewing area is due to be released any day. It was really inquisitive.
