Post your "helicopter in flight" pictures

This series is from a few years ago. I was invited out for 'family day' at Fort Rucker Alabama where the US Army does all the training for their new helicopter pilots. As a 'courtesy' a few 'maneuvers' were performed in front of me while I was outside the windows of the control tower. Perfect day!

These are some pics I took last year near the Pensacola FL Coast Guard Station in Pensacola Bay.

Cal Highway Patrol AirBus AS350-B3. Same operator and type as yesterday's post, different bird as evidenced by the registration code. Also, I dropped the shutter speed from yesterday's 1/160 to 1/125 to compare the difference in rotor blur.

Conclusion: 1/125 is slightly, but almost imperceptibly better, as far as helos are concerned. I suspect most folks wouldn't notice the difference... unless you're a photographer.
