hope to go on a cruise again. really love and miss it. when I went I didn't drink, now I do. definitely will have get some fun drinks the next time hehe

Couldn't agree more... Miss "Cruise Life" vacays... I actually have a friend that has gone on three cruises the past 10 months; Alaska, Mexico, and Hawaii Islands... She said it was wonderful... Less than 30% full, so they didn't have to deal with a lot of people... Of course they did all the C19 protocols before and after their cruise... But she said it's the best time since they give you lots of "on-board incentives" (i.e. free wifi, free-unlimited drinks, $500 credit towards excursions, $500 credit to "pay" restaurants on board, etc.) ...

I've been getting post cards and emails from all the major cruise lines to "come back", but we're still on the fence... I'm sure we'll make our way back, but not at the moment... Nonetheless, I do miss it...

The first photo was shot in the late afternoon from our balcony... We just left the Seattle port to begin our 7-day Alaska cruise... The second photo is Trunk Beach @ St. John Island during our Easter Caribbean cruise with Royal Caribbean cruise lines...

Yes i like the cruises too. Every day in another town. You see a lot and the food and drinks on board are very good. And you meet other people. i speak besides Dutch also English and german. So there is always a possibility to speak with each other. gives very interesting conversations. the last cruise we had a lot of Swiss people on board. you get then often tips for new trips in foreign countries. i hope next year to make a cruise again.

We are heading on an Alaskan cruise next week. Our last cruise was in February 2020. People were wearing masks as jokes at the time.

I can only imagine how crowded the city was with that many ships in port.
