Oct 07, 2022 04:51 | #18771 Lame-Duck wrote in post #19433113 ![]() What a beauty, Bill! Such an attractive capture of the Reddish Egret, Paul! Great Sandhill Crane portrait, Mark! Beautiful drake wigeon shot, fotoi! Masterful capture of the White-eared bulbul, Cog! Outstanding cardinal shot, Wallace! Very attractive. Very nicely captured, Jimmy! Lovely pose. Outstanding captures on both these birds, Kirk! Once again, getting that low camera angle makes for such nice captures. The bird in question looks to me like a female black bellied plover, just as you thought. The slaty egret is a first for me, Kirk. It appears (from my search) as though you are correct on the name of this bird (slaty egret). On your osprey shot, I really like how you managed to just barely get the one eye peeking thru the wing primaries. Very cool looking shot! Thank you Mike. https://www.flickr.com/photos/137782669@N07/
