How difficult was that to photograph with your RF body & RF L lens?

Meanwhile, if the birds is away at a sweet distance. The tricky is to get the subjects in focused before to start. RF camera + (RF) lens will do the rest once it gets focused. This is the part improved on DSLR IMO. plus one here..mirrorless has its flaws .getting focus sometimes more difficult than dslr..can be frustrating but you get shots which you could not have done with them...still got to get the right exposure etc..nothing is automatic
