Im getting old and forgetfull in my years, so if I have already posted this, my apologies.
The flying fish at the top of the shot is a radar balloon on a tether deployed daily (weather permitting) by Fort Huachuca Army Base.
I was told it is to monitor low flying aircraft from Mexico. That may or may not be the case.
