Yes, a bit worse for wear, since 1980. It was really interesting to visit the Johnson Ridge Observatory, where you can still see the aftermath of the eruption.

These aren't the best, I took them unexpectedly and w/o a tripod. I was out to get shots of birds (h.h.) this morning but it started raining. So, I took advantage of the lemons and made lemonade. Not too shabby I don't think. Thanks for looking.

The first shot is of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge in St. Petersburg, FL. The 2nd shot is of the huge flag inside Ft. De Soto, but the focus is on the clouds, as in the 1st shot.
